Tutorial 1

I made an action, but a lot of people told me that it doesen't work, so I've made a tutorial to get this effect. I'm not very good at explaining, but I hope you'll understand

1. Firstly you have to open the picture and Sharpen>Smart Sharpen with this settings:

Quantity: 500
Radio: 0.3
And "More Accurate" selected.

2. Duplicate the layer and put it in "Lighten" mode (aclarar in Spanish).

3. Then down a bit the opacity (30% or 40% more or less) and move the layer to right or left with the keyboard layouts (not too much, because it will look strange).
